KPN Brands

As many other big companies, like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, KPN uses more than one brand to serve their products and services to their customers. Several identical products with possible different services or service levels added to it are sold to different target groups using target group specific brands or KPN subbrands. In 2007 KPN carries 10 main brands for landline and mobile telephony, internet, television, workplace maintainance and wholesale.

KPN brand: high quality full gamma telecommunication services for starters and young adults aged 25-45 years. Telfort brand: best quality/price ratio for internet, IP telephony and mobile data and telephony services. XS4ALL brand: high quality internet products. Targeted at consumer and business clients demanding high quality services. Hi brand: mobile services specifically targetted at youth aged 18-24 years and anybody older that feeling younger and vice versa.
